A shape, not a person you could find. No city, no trade, and no dollars are anywhere in the picture.
Picture an acceptance still open on a screen. Withholding for the year was none. One estimate went in with the filing. That is as much invention as this page allows, and even that much is only a composite.
The filing clock stopped on the day of that acceptance. The failure-to-pay clock did not stop with it. Interest did not stop either. Earlier years were sent when they were due, and the tax on them was paid when it was due, so a letter may show up even though nobody wrote in to ask. The letter does not wipe the interest.
Nobody in the picture has a name you would recognize. If your morning rhymes with it, the rhyme is enough to be useful. Nothing drawn here is a promise, and nothing drawn here is a bill of any size.

Reading the morning after an acceptance is the work here. It stops short of an audit, a review, a compilation or an opinion on your statements. There is no CPA license at this desk, so those belong with a firm that holds one. A letter gets explained to you here, never answered on your behalf. A hearing about a balance you cannot pay is representative work, and it lives elsewhere. Everything else that bounds this desk is kept on the disclosures page.
You do not need the same empty withholding for the rhyme to matter. The useful part is an acceptance that ended one clock and left the other clocks moving.
Send the morning if you want it read beside you. If the letter already came, say whether interest is still sitting there. Leave every dollar off the note.
Describe the acceptance without a dollar, and say whether a letter came.
You will be talking to the Steven Palmieri practice.
